For an individual, the Government fee of e-filing a patent in India would be INR 8,100 with early publication. One is required to submit through e-filing the following forms:
Form 1,
Form 2,
Form 3,
Form 5,
Form 9 (optional but recommended),
Form 18
Fees in INR for e-filing is mentioned below, for paper filing, it would be 10% more. This does not include the professional fee.
